The Food We Eat


Should I buy organic? If so, which products and why? Why should I pay more for organic products?
Should I be concerned about additives and preservatives?  What about the food containers our food is stored in – is anything leaching into our foods that way?

High Fructose Corn Syrup, why is it so bad? What is the concern with Mercury.

Are you reading labels… do you wonder what those ingredients that you can’t pronounce are? Do you really want to eat them?

There are so many additives and preservatives in our food supply. Ingredients that didn’t even exist 20 & 30 years ago. How can we possibly know they are safe?

These questions and so many more weigh on my mind. I sit up and research while watching the latest offerings of network television and occasionally sipping a glass of wine.
